Sun Gwan KIM founded SH GLOBAL Co., Ltd. in 2010 with a focus on building a Korean used car export company that buyers in emerging markets could trust. Under his leadership, SH GLOBAL has grown from a single-port operation to a 9-destination export business shipping through both Busan and Incheon ports, with a Suwon used car inspection lot opened to handle higher inspection volume.
His operating philosophy is straightforward: source only what we would buy ourselves, inspect every car personally, document every shipment with original Korean export paperwork, and answer customer questions in their own language. That last principle is why SH GLOBAL invested early in multilingual capability — English, Russian, Arabic, and Korean — instead of routing all communication through a single language.
SH GLOBAL is intentionally a small, hands-on operation. Sourcing, inspection, documentation, shipping coordination, and customer support are handled directly by people who understand both the Korean used car market and the import requirements of each destination country. We do not subcontract inspections to third parties or outsource customer communication to call centers.
